Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Use internal tools and resources to deliver accurate information and effective resolutions
Occasionally introduce additional products or services based on customer needs
Requirements:
Fluent/Native English (C1 level) spoken and written
Prior customer service experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable navigating computer systems and common software
Availability to work consistent overnight shifts
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes
