Job Description

Role Description

As an IT Support & Systems Technician you will support our fully remote team by managing IT systems troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring secure and efficient device operations. You will play a key role in enabling our employees to work effectively while maintaining a secure IT environment


What youll be doing:

  • Enroll and manage employee devices using Microsoft Intune.
  • Configure and deploy Windows Autopilot for streamlined device setups.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support addressing hardware software and connectivity issues.
  • Set up and manage user accounts in Azure Active Directory including onboarding and permissions.
  • Monitor Microsoft Defender for Endpoint to secure company devices.
  • Apply and enforce security policies focusing on password protection and device encryption.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications like Teams Outlook and SharePoint troubleshooting access and functionality.
  • Assist in managing other internal 3rd party apps.
  • Maintain documentation of IT processes configurations and generate reports on compliance.

What we need from you:

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Azure Active Directory.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 apps.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills particularly in remote support scenarios.
  • Excellent communication skills for documenting processes and supporting users.
