Aufgaben
As a sales analyst / SDR youll work closely with our Growth Team to scale our outreach and lead generation strategies. Your mission:
- Identify and engage with potential customers via LinkedIn email and other digital channels
- Launch and optimize scalable outreach campaigns
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across digital platforms and events in close coordination with Sales
- Operate and maintain automation and outreach tools
- Develop compelling messaging positioning and social selling initiatives aligned with the customer journey
- Continuously refine our ICP and buyer personas through market research
- Grow and manage our marketing prospect database to support nurturing campaigns
- Collaborate with Sales Marketing & Operations to align on goals (OKRs) performance tracking and process optimization
Qualifikation
What were looking for:
- Initial experience in lead generation outbound campaigns or digital marketing - ideally in a tech or SaaS environment
- Experience with outreach tools
- Strong understanding of outbound automation and scalable campaign processes
- Interest in (or experience with) using AI tools for campaign and lead management
- Structured thinker with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; German is a plus
