Position Description
As a Working Student Android Automotive Development youll be part of our dynamic Development Team contributing to real-world automotive infotainment projects. Youll learn from experienced engineers and make meaningful contributions to the next generation of in-car technology
In this role you will:
- Collaborate closely with our Software Engineering Team
- Work directly with the Android Automotive OS (AAOS) source code
- Develop sample applications and production-level features in C and Java
- Create automated tests in Python using a Selenium-like environment
What you will need to succeed:
- Active enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters program in Computer Science or a related field
- Genuine interest and motivation for programming (C Java Python Kotlin or similar)
- Personal coding experience or side projects ideally involving embedded systems (e.g. Raspberry Pi Arduino)
- Located in the Karlsruhe area with availability of 1520 hours per week
