As we embark on our growth journey were seeking Staff Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role youll work closely with the founding team united in our mission to revolutionize partnership selling. PS: Contractors are welcome to apply!
Location
Were located in the city center of the dynamic and vibrant Ghent Belgium.
Tasks
Software Architecture
Lead the design and evolution of scalable maintainable and high-performance software architecture. Partner with engineers across the organization to ensure architectural decisions align with business and technical goals.
Mentorship & Technical Leadership
Foster a culture of growth by mentoring engineers across levels. Encourage collaborative learning peer reviews and knowledge sharing to elevate the teams technical proficiency and cohesion.
Platform Development
Drive the development of the next generation of AI-native platform features. Collaborate cross-functionally with product design and AI teams to deliver innovative solutions that are performant and user-centric.
