Job Description

Tasks

  1. Independently develop and onboard B2B clients for new energy products through multiple channels including direct outreach and collaboration with industry distributors
  2. Drive regional business growth from 0 to 1 in Bologna and central Italy with willingness to travel across Italy and other European countries
  3. Manage key accounts respond to client needs and deliver tailored energy solutions in coordination with technical teams
  4. Monitor market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategy and improve customer satisfaction
  5. Other work assigned by the leadership

Requirements

  1. Bachelors degree or above majoring in power electronics electrical automation or other engineering disciplines is preferred
  2. At least 1 year of channel sales experience preferably in solar or power solutions
  3. Proficiency in written and spoken English and local language
  4. Strong negotiation communication analytical skills and good professional ethics
