Job Description

The ServiceNow QA Analyst will be responsible for testing and validating new features workflows and configurations within the ServiceNow platform specifically focusing on ITSM and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) modules. This role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow testing strong knowledge of QA methodologies and the ability to work collaboratively with development configuration and business teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end functional and regression testing for ServiceNow ITSM and HAM modules
  • Validate configurations workflows and custom developments in ServiceNow against business requirements
  • Collaborate with developers and product owners to define test cases and acceptance criteria
  • Document detailed test plans test cases and test results
  • Perform defect tracking and retesting through ServiceNow or related tools
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) support and validation
  • Ensure compliance with change management and testing best practices
  • Identify and escalate quality issues and risks in a timely manner
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps in QA processes
  • Stay current on ServiceNow platform updates and features impacting QA efforts
