Job Title: JEE MAINS PHYSICS TEACHER

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging lesson plans and instructional materials for JEE Physics curriculum.
- Deliver high-quality lectures and practical demonstrations to students.
- Facilitate student understanding of complex physics concepts.
- Prepare students for JEE Mains exams through targeted coaching and assessments.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Motivate and guide students in developing effective study habits and exam strategies.
- Implement various teaching methodologies to accommodate different learning styles.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Organize and supervise lab experiments and practical sessions.
- Maintain a positive inclusive and respectful classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends technologies and best practices in physics education.
- Contribute to the development of departmental initiatives and curriculum improvement.
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development programs.
- Assist in the preparation and administration of mock exams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physics or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching physics at the secondary or higher secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of JEE Mains examination patterns and syllabus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage students and foster a love for learning.
- Proficient in utilizing technology and educational tools for instructional purposes.
- Demonstrated commitment to student success and academic excellence.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other educators and staff.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace changes in teaching methodologies.
- Positive attitude and approachable demeanor.
- Prior experience coaching JEE aspirants is highly preferred.
- Certification in education or teaching methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of the latest advancements in physics education.
- Passion for mentoring and supporting students in their academic journeys.
- Willingness to participate in school-wide projects and extracurricular activities.
