As we continue to grow were looking for a proactive and detail-orientedProject Coordinatorto join our dynamic administration team.
Key Responsibilities
As the central hub of daily operations the Project Coordinator ensures seamless communication between departments while handling essential business tasks. You will work closely with leadership across departments to:
- Assist with marketing coordination and communications
- Create and maintain job accounts and project records in internal systems
- Support financial processes including accounts payable and receivable
- Generate and manage estimates and invoices
- Prepare job folders and documents for the onsite logistics team
- Serve as front-desk receptionist and provide exceptional customer support
- Organize incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide general administrative support across the company
What You Bring
Were seeking a highly organized and service-oriented individual who is adaptable resourceful and a strong communicator. The ideal candidate will have:
- ABachelors degreein Business Fine Arts or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A service-driven mindset and customer-focused approach
- A commitment to ethical conduct and team collaboration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce iCat or Xactimate (preferred not required)
- Background in restoration services or art/textile/electronics handling (a plus)
- Ability to pass apre-employment drug test and background check
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate:$16$19/hour based on relevant experience
