The Emissions Analysis Engineer will be responsible for supporting RGE function within the propulsion calibration organization. The Emission Analysis Engineer will work closely with the Reliability Growth and Emissions team reviewing emissions results and reporting out status to respective calibration teams ensure the fleet is on track to meet deliverables.
Requirements:
Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering
2 years of experience in automotive industry
Strong familiarities related to engine system development including related technologies and subsystems such as combustion valvetrain fuel system boost systems EGR systems aftertreatment systems controls and its algorithm including diagnostics
Strong background in vehicle development attributes including drivability emissions and diagnostics.
Exposure to data analysis relating to drivability emissions and fuel economy
Data acquisition experience collecting and processing data providing meaningful summaries and next steps
Good teamwork skills and ability to work independently
Effective communication skills and able to create and present information in a clear and concise manner to colleagues and management
