Job Description
- Expediter Responsibilities:
- Monitor the supply chain to prevent disruptions in production.
- Track the progress of goods and materials from order to delivery.
- Analyze and troubleshoot supply issues to address potential delays.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and arrange expedited shipments.
- Maintain a clear and organized tracking system for all orders and deliveries.
- Review production schedules and purchase orders to determine delivery priority.
- Communicate with vendors to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to accommodate incoming deliveries.
- Resolve supply quality service and invoicing issues with suppliers.
- Generate reports detailing supply chain performance and inventory levels.
- Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects from start to finish including planning execution monitoring control and closure.
- Work on projects related to creating new products or improving existing ones.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure project success.
- Manage budgets and timelines to keep projects on track.
- Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Use project management tools and techniques such as Gantt charts and critical path analysis.

Education
Have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with several years of experience in project management. These roles require strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. They also need a strong technical understanding of the manufacturing process. The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams is essential.
