Job Description
This is a remote position.
Mortgage Loan Officer Competitive Commission Structure Remote (CA & FL)

What You ll Do
Originate residential mortgage loans: Conventional FHA VA Jumbo Non QM DSCR and more
Evaluate borrower credit documentation and needs to match optimal loan programs
Guide borrowers from application through closing with full processing support
Maintain consistent communication with clients referral partners and processors
Ensure compliance with all state and federal mortgage regulations
Leverage CRM POS and LOS tools provided by Utmost for loan management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Active NMLS license in California or Florida
Proven experience originating residential mortgage loans
Knowledge of agency and non agency loan products
Ability to self-source leads or utilize existing referral networks
Tech-savvy well-organized and reliable
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working remotely in a 1099 independent role
