Patient Demographics: Adults Geriatric

Patient Volume:

- OP: 10-15

- IP: 15

% of Practice: 50% Hematology 50% Oncology

Physicians in Practice: 6

Support Staff: 11 APPs

Procedures/Duties:

- Chemotherapy FNA/Biopsy

- Mgmt of VAD/CV Catheters

- Participation on Tumor Boards

- Orders Test and Images

- Prescribes

- IP consults Infusion Center

Trauma Level: II

EMR: Epic

Other Info:

- Radiation Oncologist present during locum coverage

- Nurse administers Chemotherapy

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active MI License

BLS
