Assist in managing and overseeing daily housekeeping activities and staff performance.
Ensure all rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards.
Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness proper setups and attention to detail.
Supervise the handling and care of high-value furnishings artwork and delicate surfaces.
Assist with inventory control ordering supplies and managing housekeeping budgets.
Train and mentor housekeeping staff ensuring adherence to cleaning protocols and service etiquette.
Coordinate with other estate departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Maintain schedules delegate tasks and support team motivation and discipline.
Handle special requests laundry coordination and wardrobe care as needed.
Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Minimum 5 years of housekeeping experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
Previous experience in high-end hotels resorts yachts or private estates is essential.
Experience working in multicultural environments.
Excellent knowledge of luxury cleaning procedures materials and equipment.
Strong leadership organizational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Ability to manage and train large teams with professionalism and discretion.
Knowledge of inventory control and housekeeping software is a plus.

Willingness to relocate and live in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
Well-groomed presentable and professional demeanor.
Flexible with shifts working hours and able to work weekends if required.
