Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist/ Admin SupportWork Set-up: WFH
Salary: Php 50000 Php 70000
Schedule: 3:00am 11:30am PHT
Holidays: NZ Holidays
We are looking for a highly creative and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist / Admin Support to join a fast-growing e-commerce business. This hybrid role is roughly 60 70% focused on digital marketing execution with the remaining time supporting basic admin tasks such as invoicing data entry and online filing.
The ideal candidate is experienced in graphic design copywriting and digital campaign execution has proven experienc ement while contributing to the smooth operation of back-end systems.e in using Shopify Klaviyo and Canva and is willing to learn new tools such as Xero Unleashed. JOB DESCRIPTION AS A DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST/ ADMIN SUPPORT
Responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Specialist / Admin Support:
Design and create digital marketing content for various platforms and campaigns using Canva
Write compelling and brand-aligned copy for emails website pages and ads
Execute and monitor email marketing campaigns and automated flows using Klaviyo
Manage website updates and optimizations to improve user experience and conversion
Upload and manage products on Shopify including images descriptions and categories
Manage social media marketing campaigns and strategy
Manage paid advertising efforts including Google Ads and Meta Ads
Assist with basic invoicing using Xero and Unleashed (training provided)
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and deadlines
Contribute to marketing performance tracking and reporting
Perform light administrative tasks related to sales operations and digital workflow
Qualifications as a Digital Marketing Specialist / Admin Support:
Graduate of any 4-year course in Marketing Communications Multimedia Arts or a related field
At least 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing and content development
Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing and sales principles such as building sales funnels capturing leads and customer conversion.
Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite)
Solid copywriting and email marketing skills
Experience with website optimization practices (SEO UX conversion strategy)
Experience using Shopify and Klaviyo is a must
Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) is advantageous
Willingness to learn invoicing systems like Xero and Unleashed
Strong attention to detail creativity and project ownership
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
