As the first point of contact at our clinic youll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for every patient who walks through our doors. Your day will involve coordinating appointment bookings managing our schedule to keep things running smoothly and helping patients over the phone with any questions or requests. Youll also keep our reception area clean and presentable helping maintain a professional and comfortable space. In addition to front desk duties youll provide valuable administrative support to our dental team contributing to a positive and efficient patient experience.
Qualifications :
Were looking for someone who brings strong communication skills a warm and professional manner and a genuine interest in patient care. While previous experience in a dental or medical reception role is preferred its not essential - were happy to provide full training to the right candidate. Confidence using computer systems is important and experience with dental software like EXACT or D4W would be a bonus. Youll need to be comfortable multitasking in a busy environment and enjoy being part of a supportive patient-focused team.
