Job Description
How youll make an impact
In this role youll support our team of 6 experienced dentists across a wide range of treatments ensuring each procedure runs efficiently and smoothly. Youll play a key part in creating a calm welcoming atmosphere where patients of all ages feel at ease and cared for. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing treatment rooms maintaining strict infection control protocols and sterilising instruments to the highest standards. Beyond the clinical tasks youll be a valued member of our tight-knit team collaborating closely with your colleagues to deliver exceptional care and contribute to the smooth professional running of the practice.
Qualifications :
Your experience and approach
Your greatest asset is a positive can-do attitude and strong team spirit! While previous dental experience and a Certificate III in Dental Assisting is a bonus its not essential - we value great communication attention to detail and a patient-first mindset with a warm professional approach. The ability to speak additional languages such as Mandarin Cantonese Korean or Hindi is a plus helping us to further connect with our multilingual community.
