Job Description
Lincoln High School is seeking a passionate and qualified Language Arts Teacher for grades 912 to join our dedicated team of educators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English language arts instruction a commitment to student achievement and the ability to foster a positive and engaging classroom environment.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in English Secondary Education or related field.
Valid Arkansas teaching license with appropriate Language Arts endorsement.
Prior teaching experience at the secondary level is preferred but not required.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Additional Information :
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with Arkansas state standards for grades 912.
Teach literature composition grammar and language skills to high school students.
Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical social and emotional development of students.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development to enhance instructional practices.
Communicate effectively with students parents and staff.
