The E-channels Support Officer is not limited to only electronic and digital channels but also forms a part of the Application Support role and ensures that all applications within his domain are available and useable by customers 24/7. He/She will also responsible for providing insights/foresights to the business through script writing using business intelligent/ user-interpretable tools to ensure the business is well informed of its operations.
