Position Summary:

This is a unique opportunity for a licensed mortgage loan officer with a passion for business development. As a Reverse Mortgage Purchase Loan Officer Business Development Specialist you will originate Reverse Purchase loans while also building and managing relationships with key referral partners such as real estate agents builders and financial advisors. This dual role combines hands-on loan origination with high-level partner engagement in a rapidly growing and under-served market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • What Youll Do: Originate reverse mortgage purchase loans for qualified 55 homebuyers while guiding them through every step of the loan process
  • Partner Development: Identify and engage real estate professionals home builders 55 community developers and financial planners to establish mutually beneficial referral relationships.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively source new business opportunities through networking cold outreach events and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Educate & Influence: Lead impactful training sessions and webinars to show partners the real value of reverse purchase financing.
  • Drive Market Growth: Launch growth plans that position you as the go-to expert in your focused regions.
  • Sales Support: Coordinate with processors and underwriting teams to ensure smooth timely closings on purchase transactions you originate
  • Reporting & KPIs: Track outreach activities partner engagement and sales pipeline using CRM tools and report progress to leadership.
  • Compliance Awareness: Maintain working knowledge of FHA HECM and Longbridge Proprietary Product guidelines to ensure marketing and partner education materials are compliant.

 

 

 

 

 


Qualifications :

 What You Bring:

  • 35 years in mortgage sales reverse mortgages real estate or financial services
  • A true hunter sales mentalityyou know how to open doors and close deals
  • Active NMLS license
  • Experience with referral-based or B2B sales models
  • Strong grasp of reverse purchase financing products
  • Top-notch communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-starter attitude with strong follow-through and organization
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce HubSpot or similar)
