Are you ready to take your planning skills to the next level Auckland Engineering and Maintenance currently has a vacancy for a Production Planner in a day role. Reporting to the Components Planning and Technical Co-Ordinator this role offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance your expertise in planning while contributing to our high standards.

If you possess the communication skills have planning and project experience combined with sound leadership and are self-motivated with the desire to work in a dynamic environment we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately assess capacity future work commitments and customer requirements
  • Set achievable target dates and identify sufficient resources to meet maintenance objectives
  • Monitor the progression of components through the repair cycle and record necessary information
  • Plan component work effectively ensuring accurate assessments of material availability
  • Oversee component maintenance activities monitor material requirements and usage
  • Communicate with SPCs and supervisors regarding job status in the repair cycle
  • Establish and maintain a record of standard times for all component/maintenance tasks within each workcentre
  • Track the progression of projects as required.

About You:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with a diverse range of people
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Experience in data entry and a basic understanding of planning tools and disciplines within CERES
  • Basic understanding of Components Maintenance processes and documentation is desirable but not essential.
