Job Description
Mission:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have in-depth skills in banking functional areas and fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing business needs and translating them into functional specifications.
- Designing and optimizing banking processes
- Collaborating with development teams to ensure solution implementation.
- Conducting feasibility and impact studies
- Monitoring and analyzing project performance indicators
- Writing functional and technical documentation
- User training and support
- Participating in project meetings and steering committees
- Monitoring technology and regulations in the banking sector.

Qualifications :
Profile:
- Significant experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector.
- In-depth skills in banking functional areas
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Knowledge of banking standards and regulations
Nice to have:
- Degree in finance IT project management or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve complex problems
- Initiative and the ability to suggest improvements
