Job Description
Were looking for Master AI Engineer - a hybrid role blending the deep technical expertise of a Senior Software Engineer with the analytical and model-development skills of a Data Scientist. You will work at the intersection of cloud-native software engineering machine learning and generative AI.
The project focuses on enhancing business processes through the use of artificial intelligence and advanced technologies. It enables intelligent data handling and supports automated decision-making. Built with modern high-performance solutions it ensures efficiency security and scalability.
Qualifications :
6 years of experience in software engineering and/or Data Scientist/AI Specialist roles.
Proficiency in Python (knowledge of vanilla JavaScript.is a plus).
Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL etc.) and key-value stores (Redis).
Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) including services for compute storage and AI workloads.
Familiarity with event-driven architectures RESTful APIs and asynchronous processing.
Experience with containerization (Docker/Podman) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Solid foundation in machine learning NLP and deep learning including experience with Transformers (Hugging Face spaCy).
Hands-on experience with LLMs fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA) and prompt engineering techniques.
Proven track record of working with open-source foundation models (LLaMA Mistral etc.).
Ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets using statistical methods and visualization.
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitHub Actions) and software delivery best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex ambiguous environments.
English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
