Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor billing for residential commercial and industrial gas accounts.
- Resolve meter reading and billing exceptions in SAP IS-U.
- Process and validate billing-related service notifications.
- Support contact center operations with billing inquiries and adjustments.
- Analyze and resolve billing issues impacting revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to troubleshoot SAP Billing (IS-U) related issues.
- Lead or support the implementation of SAP solutions in Billing and Credit & Collections areas.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements for billing processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 57 years of experience in SAP IS-U Billing .
- Experience with customer service and utility billing processes.
- Strong understanding of SAP CRM integration with IS-U (optional but preferred).
- Proficiency in identifying and resolving technical issues in SAP Billing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with performance monitoring and batch processing in SAP.
