Job Description

Were seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO APAC.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the APAC CEO and leadership team enabling the smooth running of business operations across a dynamic fast-paced and geographically diverse environment.

Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the CEOs time is effectively prioritised business processes run efficiently and leadership engagements are well coordinated. Youll bring your professional judgement and initiative to the role ensuring seamless support across the region and global network.

Youll also play a key role in:

  • Managing complex calendar and meeting coordination across multiple time zones
  • Preparing high-quality correspondence presentations and reports
  • Driving leadership team rhythms including meetings performance reviews and strategic planning
  • Coordinating leadership offsites town halls and key leadership engagements
  • Managing complex international travel and logistics
  • Supporting process improvements and operational excellence
  • Handling highly confidential matters with utmost discretion

This is a trusted role at the heart of our APAC leadership team.


Qualifications :

Proven experience supporting a senior executive or CEO in a complex fast-paced organisation
Excellent organisational communication and stakeholder management skills
High emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to navigate a political landscape within a complex matrix organisation
Strong judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities independently
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g. Teams SharePoint Zoom)
High attention to detail and strong business writing skills
Ability to build trusted relationships across diverse cultures and business levels
Experience working in a global matrixed organisation (preferred)
Knowledge of professional services engineering or infrastructure sectors (preferred)
Experience working across Asia-Pacific and an understanding of regional nuances (preferred)
