Job Description
o Lead Hybris Migration Projects: Oversee the planning execution and delivery of Hybris platform migration initiatives ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
o Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT business units and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and project success.
o Migration Strategy Development: Design and implement migration strategies to ensure data integrity system compatibility and minimal disruption to business operations.
o Testing and Quality Assurance: Coordinate testing phases including unit integration and user acceptance testing to validate the success of migration efforts.
o Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues during the migration process and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
o Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress deliverables and key performance indicators (KPIs) providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
o Support SF bay area team plus Korea time meetings as needed
Salary: 130K - 140K/yr.
Qualifications :
o Bachelors degree in related field
o At least 9 years of working experience in program management or related roles
o Client facing experience
o Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
o Experience with eCommerce platforms and tools (Hybris experience a plus)YR
o Bilingual Korean and English fluent
