Job Description

The National Director Contract Quality supports the achievement of best-in-class quality performance for Privia across all markets and programs. This role involves facilitating quality improvement efforts through data analysis project management and the development of standardized processes. A key aspect of this role is a demonstrated curiosity about market operations with the ability to integrate learnings into effective project plans and best practices. The Manager actively contributes to the execution of quality initiatives in value-based care contracts and drives improvements in patient experience scores.

  • Maintain familiarity with key elements of each of Privias priority Value-Based Care contracts to facilitate market and national efforts to improve performance across all lines of business.
  • Use data and project management tools to forecast outcomes plan project timelines and identify potential contract quality performance gaps.
  • Document various repeatable processes in the form of SOPs; manage their initiation and execution in mature stages.
  • Act as an expert champion for and lead the development and execution of scaled initiatives that drive CAHPS score improvements in various VBC contracts.
  • Provide project management support to the National Director Contract Quality ensuring multi-market quality improvement projects remain on track adhere to timelines and achieve their key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Demonstrate a strong curiosity about the operational nuances of Privias various markets actively seeking to understand their unique workflows and challenges.
  • Integrate insights gained from understanding market operations into the development of robust project plans and the identification of effective scalable best practices.
  • Work with teams across the company to support their key processes or areas of improvement as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 


Qualifications :

  • 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong project management and data analytics skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Medical record reviewing/ measure compliance expertise
  • Healthcare experience required; Experience with Quality programs such as MSSP CMS Medicare
  • Advantage Star Ratings or HEDIS strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

he salary range for this role is $144000.00 - $160000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical dental vision life and pet insurance 401K paid time off and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 20% and restricted stock units. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience education and geographic location.

Technical Requirements (for remote workers only not applicable for onsite/in office work):

In order to successfully work remotely supporting our patients and providers we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed.
