Your Career
As a Unit 42 Product Specialist you will be instrumental in providing product support configuration and deployment assistance as well as driving security transformation for our customers in the midst and aftermath of security incidents. Your parallel focus will be to observe the details of each incident identify technology policy and procedural gaps that may have enabled the incident to occur and develop a cohesive and holistic plan to enhance the customers security posture. You will work directly with a variety of customer contacts ranging from technical subject matter experts to executives and members of boards of directors to clearly communicate findings and recommendations. Your expertise in Palo Alto Networks products and solutions will be crucial as you assist customers through troubleshooting and configuration as well as guiding them through security improvements ensuring they adopt best practices to prevent future incidents. This role demands both technical acumen and exceptional communication skills as you analyze the technological infrastructure of complex enterprises and deliver innovative strategies to facilitate a secure and resilient environment for our clients.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $183000/YR - $252000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
