You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThis position supports operation by providing leadership to the production areas. Qualified candidates must be able to perform a variety of jobs tasks or duties as required; and must be able to work any shift overtime and weekends as required. The intention of this role is to prepare the employee for future advancement into a supervisory or management position. This job will impart training for growth and development in leadership and production skills. Candidates must understand this is not intended to be a perpetual position it is a stepping stone for people with ambitions of upward mobility.
The tasks required but not limited to are general housekeeping clean up sweeping vacuuming painting lubrication (oiling greasing etc.) sample retrieval power washing lifting and hauling items up and down stairs dump rework and operate a motorized fork lift and a variety of other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent - REQUIRED & VERIFIED
Related Experience: Previous relevant experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
Equipment/Software Skills: Basic computer knowledge forklift experience a plus

Special Requirements:
Physical: Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds climb stairs lift bend kneel stand for long periods of time work in confined spaces and work with heights.

Salary Range: $41600 - $57200 annually
