Job Description
LOGISTICS AND CUSTOMS OPERATIONS
Oversee the full cycle of import/export documentation
Handle customs practices for Extra-CEE goods
Act as the point of contact for customs brokers and freight forwarders
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to international shipments
CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
Work closely with Purchasing Planning and Finance teams to schedule and manage shipments
Ensure timely deliveries while optimizing transport costs
Supervise operational activities to support efficiency and cost-effectiveness
OPTIMIZATION AND STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT
Identify opportunities to improve shipping flows and reduce logistics costs
Maintain strong commercial relationships with shipping partners
Monitor and evaluate shipping performance and propose improvements

Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years experience in international shipping/logistics
Solid understanding of customs regulations and procedures
Fluency in both Italian and English
Strong planning and problem-solving abilities
Excellent stress management and multitasking skills
Experience in managing and negotiating with freight forwarders
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Confident with digital tools and systems
Team-oriented mindset
