We are seeking an experienced industry case manager or equivalent who can think of nothing better than to work closely with colleagues referring clients and our world-class Specialist Medical Consultants whilst reviewing specialist medical reports to deliver evidenced-based insightful and helpful medical opinions for the best possible health and work outcomes. This role can be located in any state.

What is The Role
In a nutshell the role of National Quality Assurance Reviewer is all about reviewing specialist medical reports to support the process of delivering a clear accurate and timely opinion to all stakeholders. This is a unique and critical role in our business so informed and important health work and other life related decisions can be made.
The location of this position can be anywhere in Australia.
As such each day this role involves:
- Reviewing specialist medical reports to deliver the highest quality and timely independent medical opinions to our clients
- Working closely with colleagues referring clients and specialist consultants to ensure accuracy and clarity is provided in reports for effective decision making
- Ensuring all legislative and customer compliance requirements are met prior to a report being released
- Troubleshooting and escalating where required inaccurate deficient or incomplete reports and discussing with referrers and consultants to resolve all issues that need to be addressed
- Identifying and contributing to any report quality and process improvement to achieve constant and never-ending improvement for all of our key stakeholders
- Working within a fast-paced commercial environment to deliver the highest standard of customer experience to our clients
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years experience in an industry case management injury management advisor or allied health role within a personal injury and/or accident compensation setting
- Experience relating to interpreting and utilising independent medical reports
- An understanding of the workers compensation environment insurance schemes fitness for work frameworks permanent impairment assessments and the medicolegal environment
- Outstanding relationship building skills with exceptionally well-developed emotional and social intelligence
- A natural orientation to customer service with a capacity to problem solve to deliver a quality outcome for all key stakeholders
- A keen focus on being efficient productive and focused with the highest level of attention to detail
- Superior verbal and written communication skills including negotiation and influencing skills
- A resilient personality with a natural orientation towards solving challenges and working with others positively and respectfully
