We currently have a great new opportunity for a Fleet Administrator to join our friendly but driven team in our Glasgow
Depot. The Vehicle Hire Division hires a range of light commercial vehicles to companies ranging from blue chip corporations and public sector organisations to medium sized enterprises.
As a Fleet Administrator you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operational management of our van and truck fleet. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records coordinating maintenance and repairs and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- Timely and accurate completion of all administration tasks
- Effectively communicating with SVAT depots ensuring all stock is kept up to date and correctly categorised.
- Updating monthly Cap Values and Net Book values
- Liaising with our Remarketing partners ensuring vehicles are sold in a timely manner.
- Liaising with our network of buyers with potential sale vehicles
- Ensuring invoices are completed and cascaded to the relevant buyer and payment has been received
- Ordering New V5s updating the DVLA
- Weekly disposal reports with Depots.
- Send V5/ Spare Keys to the relevant buyers
- Work as part of a team as well as individually
- Use CAP HPI.
Qualifications :
YOUR SKILLS MATTER

- Attention to Detail You have a keen eye for detail ensuring accurate completion of all handover paperwork and vehicle inspections
- Communication You have strong communication skills enabling clear and friendly interactions with customers even in busy settings
- Flexibility You are open to work on a shift rotation to cover branch operating hours ensuring continuous service
- Driving License You hold a valid driving license and bring a minimum of 12 months driving experience
- Background Previous experience in a fleet logistics transport or automotive admin role preferred
- Expertise Understanding of vehicle compliance maintenance processes and road safety standards
