Based in Madrid and reporting to a SVP Operations Management VPOM Mediterranean and North Africa (MedNa) you will oversee a dynamic portfolio of 28 hotels across Northern Spain and Portugal. Youll act as a strategic partner for both Accor and our owners ensuring brand standards service excellence and profitable operations. Your mission is to drive results support transformation inspire our teams and reinforce strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What will you do
- Play a pivotal role in the strategic planning and oversight of budgets and performance KPIs across your hotel network. Build challenge and monitor with the GM and Finance robust financial frameworks that support sustainable profitability. Use key performance indicators as strategic levers to drive accountability identify growth opportunities and support long-term decision-making
- Act as the key liaison with owners and their representatives protecting Accors interests while aligning with ownership goals through transparency trust and mutual success
- Guide and support General Managers in delivering high brand standards elevated guest experiences and operational consistency
- Monitor and enforce brand identity and network coherence by collaborating with operational teams and tracking brand compliance closely
- Lead the rollout of strategic group initiatives (commercial loyalty pricing HR) while encouraging cross-hotel collaboration and sharing of best practices
- Support and supervise the full process of hotel openings rebrandings and integrations to ensure seamless onboarding into the Accor ecosystem
- Contribute to the long-term brand development transformation programs and local multi-brand policy deployment
Qualifications :
Our ideal profile would be:
- A senior hospitality leader with a background in operations ideally with multi-property oversight across diverse geographical regions
- Demonstrated success managing full P&L responsibilities with deep knowledge of revenue management commercial strategy and hotel performance optimization
- Skilled in relationship-building and communication able to foster strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial and operational insights into impactful actions
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese would be considered a strong asset
- Open to frequent travel within Northern Spain and Portugal
