Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GenAI - Kore Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Generative AI technologies strong hands-on experience with the platform and a proven track record of building deploying and optimizing conversational AI solutions at scale. The SME will play a critical role in designing advanced AI-driven virtual assistants chatbots and automation frameworks for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary technical expert for GenAI and platform implementations.

Design develop and optimize enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using and Generative AI models.

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: from requirement gathering architecture design development testing to deployment.
-
Integrate GenAI models (like LLMs) with platform for enhanced natural language understanding and generation capabilities.

Define best practices standards and templates for AI solution development.
-
Conduct workshops demos and client presentations on GenAI and use cases.
-
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists developers and business stakeholders.

Evaluate and integrate emerging GenAI technologies to enhance conversational AI capabilities.

Provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to development teams.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform integration and functionality issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-
10 years of total IT experience with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience with platform.

Strong knowledge and experience in Generative AI (OpenAI Anthropic Hugging Face etc..

Expertise in NLP NLU and NLG technologies.

Solid understanding of API integrations backend systems and data flows.

Programming skills in Python Java or similar.

Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models) prompt engineering fine-tuning and embeddings.

Excellent problem-solving skills and solution architecture capabilities.

Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Developer or Architect certifications.

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).

Exposure to other Conversational AI platforms like Dialogflow Rasa Watson Assistant etc.

Prior experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients.
Education:

Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field.
