Job Description:
Installation and configuration of ManageEngine Products like Endpoint Central Service Desk
OP Manage and others
Presales presentations demo and POC of ManageEngine tools at customer site or through MS
Teams
Troubleshoot and Resolve support issues at customer site raise support tickets with
ManageEngine and get them resolved.
Training and supporting other team members on Manage Engine.
Preparation of presales documentation and also of Prerequisites required at customer site for
installation
Quarterly Audit of ManageEngine products installed at customer site and share the
shortcomings and improvements to be made.
Ensuring support SLA s are being met.
Logging and closing tickets on an online ticketing system.
Preparation of sign off documentation and improvement checklist.
Skill Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Mandatory Requirements:
3 Years experience in the Implementation of ManageEngine or managing.
Should have own conveyance.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

You must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and
providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within the instructions parameters.
