Job Description

Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor client progress towards behavioral goals.
  • Provide direct therapy and support to clients.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis.
  • Educate clients and caregivers on behavior strategies.
  • Collaborate with other professionals and caregivers involved in client care.
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
  • Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Implement evidence-based practices to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills.
  • Participate in team meetings and case consultations.
  • Promote a positive and supportive working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Master s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification and licensure as required by state.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Experience with diverse populations and various settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
  • Experience with crisis intervention strategies.
  • Commitment to ethical and professional standards.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and families.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning.
  • Knowledge of current best practices in behavior intervention.
  • Familiarity with digital behavior tracking systems.
