Job Description

We are a dynamic and fast-growing digital marketing company managing hundreds of IT subscription accounts for domains hosting proxies applications emails and more. Our operations rely on effective and efficient subscription management to ensure seamless service delivery.

The Role

We are looking for a Financial Back Office to streamline and manage our subscription payment processes. This critical role bridges the gap between finance legal IT and R&D ensuring that all subscriptions are accounted for payments are timely and discrepancies are resolved proactively. You will also manage legal compliance optimize subscription usage and handle provider communications to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate is proactive adaptable and capable of driving tasks to completion either independently or by coordinating with other team members.

Key Challenges You ll Tackle

  • Managing multiple payment methods and schedules.
  • Ensuring correct legal entity assignments for subscriptions.
  • Adjusting and optimizing subscriptions based on usage patterns.
  • Proactively addressing provider-related issues to prevent service disruptions.
  • Driving tasks to completion by coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring accountability.
  • Managing high-priority requests with short deadlines.
  • Identifying and resolving issues such as expired credit cards insufficient funds and payment mismatches and more.
  • Ensuring that all accounts are reconciled and documented accurately.

Requirements :


  • Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Back office.
  • Experience as an IT Financial Back office is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including formulas pivot tables and data analysis).
  • Familiarity with accounting and payment management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to follow up and push stakeholders to complete critical tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent tasks efficiently.
