About the Position: In this role as a Customer Care Assistant youll be a key player in providing exceptional support to customers within the entertainment industry. Your day-to-day tasks will focus mainly on chat and email interactions with only 5-10% of your responsibilities involving inbound calls. Youll be the primary contact for customers assisting with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
What Were Looking For:
- Proficiency in German (both written and verbal)
- Strong command of English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills with a particular interest in sports
- Organized with a knack for decision-making and problem-solving
- Competency in typing and using computer programs (especially MS Office)
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Eligibility to work in Bulgaria: Must be an EU citizen or hold a Bulgarian Residence Card (Unfortunately we cannot offer visa support for non-EU citizens)
- A high school diploma (Experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory)
