Your Role:
As a German-Speaking Customer Advisor youll be the primary point of contact for our valued German-speaking customers. Your key responsibility will be to provide outstanding support and ensure every customer has a smooth positive experience reflecting our dedication to high-quality service. Youll handle a variety of customer inquiries through various channels.
This role operates on a hybrid model: youll work 2 days on-site in our modern Sofia office facilities and 3 days remotely. Were looking for enthusiastic empathetic people who easily connect with others. While prior customer service or call center experience is a plus its not a must-have. We believe in developing talent and provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the necessary skills for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Professionally handle incoming inquiries from German-speaking customers via phone email and chat ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively identify diagnose and resolve customer concerns and questions related to our products and services.
- Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product range and service offerings to accurately assist customers and provide relevant information.
- Clear Communication: Clearly and concisely explain product details usage instructions troubleshooting steps and other relevant information to customers.
- Record Keeping: Accurately log all customer interactions inquiries and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system for complete records.
- Feedback Loop: Proactively spot common customer issues or trends and offer valuable feedback to the team and management to help improve our services.
- Compliance Adherence: Follow company policies procedures and data protection regulations in all customer interactions ensuring secure and compliant service.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure efficient problem-solving and a consistent customer experience.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent German (C1/C2 Level Preferred): Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German are essential for clear natural and effective customer interactions.
- Proficient English (B2 Level or Higher): Required for internal communication and training within our international team.
