Job Description

Are you a highly motivated customer-focused individual with a B2 (or higher) level of German proficiency and strong English communication skills Were looking for a dedicated German-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our dynamic and international team in Sofia Bulgaria. About the Role:

As a German-Speaking Customer Advisor youll be the primary point of contact for our valued German-speaking customers providing them with exceptional support and assistance. Youll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience reflecting our commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will primarily involve handling customer inquiries via email and chat with occasional phone calls (only 5-10%).

This on-site role requires your full presence in our modern Sofia office facilities. Were looking for enthusiastic empathetic individuals who connect easily with people. While prior experience in customer service or a call center environment is a plus its not a mandatory requirement. We believe in nurturing talent and providing comprehensive training to equip you with all the necessary skills to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Professionally handle inbound email and chat inquiries from German-speaking customers ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Handle a small percentage of inbound phone calls as needed.
  • Problem Resolution: Effectively identify diagnose and resolve customer concerns questions and issues related to our online services and products.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our product portfolio and service offerings to accurately assist customers and provide relevant information.
  • Information Provision: Clearly and concisely communicate service details usage instructions troubleshooting steps and other relevant information to customers.
  • Documentation: Accurately log and document all customer interactions inquiries and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system for comprehensive records.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Proactively identify common customer issues or trends and provide valuable feedback to the team and management to contribute to service improvements.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies procedures and data protection regulations during all customer interactions ensuring secure and compliant service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and other departments to ensure efficient problem-solving and a consistent customer experience.

What Were Looking For:

  • B2 (Minimum) German Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in German are essential for clear and effective customer interaction.
  • Proficient English (B2 Level or Higher): A mandatory requirement for internal communication and training within our international team.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication with a strong focus on active listening and empathetic engagement.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A genuine passion for helping people and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to efficiently resolving customer issues.
  • Basic Computer Literacy: Comfortable using various computer systems software and online tools with the ability to quickly learn new applications.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Capable of handling challenging customer situations with patience professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • On-site Availability: Must be able to work from our office in Sofia Bulgaria.
