Your Role as a Customer Advisor
As a Slovenian-Speaking Customer Advisor youll be the primary point of contact for our Slovenian-speaking users. Your main goal will be to provide professional support for their product and service inquiries ensuring they have a smooth and highly satisfying experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Front-Line Support: Provide top-tier assistance for our clients products and services aiming for consistently high customer satisfaction.
- System Navigation: Efficiently use CRM software ticketing systems and other customer service tools to meet our customers specific needs.
- Multi-Channel Engagement: Connect with customers through various channels including phone email and chat offering timely and accurate help.
- Query Resolution: Quickly resolve customer inquiries within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) using our extensive knowledge base and established procedures.
- Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed performance targets for call handling time first-call resolution and customer satisfaction scores.
- Team Collaboration: Work actively with team members sharing best practices and contributing to the collective knowledge to improve overall service quality.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on product knowledge new features and industry trends to provide expert advice.
