As a part of Walmart Connect youll be part of the build industry defining omni-channel ad platforms at scale that enable Walmart suppliers to reach shoppers with relevant ads and high performing campaigns while helping shoppers discover products to enhance their shopping you are motivated by complex purposeful challenges this roleat WalmartConnect could be the fit youve been looking are looking for a Program Manager to help reimagine the way we empower brand advertiserswithfirst class omni-channel ad experiences. This role will lead the effort and launch several key initiatives around retail Media and AdTech.

Youll make an impact by:

• Responsible for leading cross-functional teams on the development and execution of product and other business led initiatives and /or partnerships including establishing roles & responsibilities timelines tracking & reporting and operating cadence.
• Drive operational efficiencies across product engineering and business teams.
• Develop clear and actionable project plans and operational processes that drive visibility across multiple initiatives to drive transparency and accountability across the organization.
• Drive initiativesincluding identifying issues creating hypotheses executing the analysisandtranslating data into meaningful insightsand actions.
• Direct day-to-day project portfolio activities conduct reviews and use strong technical and business acumen to manage risk and address escalated impediments while providing guidance and defining PMO policies and processes.
• Identify and execute data sources to reveal new stories about how to improve operating efficiencies.
• Support product teams with PRD and spec development.
• Provide clear communications up and down to management and across teams through regular updates and KPIs.
• Escalate and resolve issues as suitable.
• Support development of executive level presentations and perspectives.
• Support overall WMC team in managing day-to-day operating activities and special projects as needed.
• Manage an effective team and drive team morale.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in a program management capacity with large scale complex projects
• PMP and CSM certifications are a plus
• Well versed in Program management methodologies and able to navigate Product Life cycle in tandem with the PMO Product Managers Product Marketing Managers with ability to deploy flexible approach to meet the needs of a broad group of diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with an exceptional ability to communicate new ideas and findings.
• Intellectually curious with proven communication practices and strong analytical skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives under pressure balancing multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Team player who is a self-starter and is able to thrive in fast-paced results-oriented environment.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results and doing do so while driving multiple programs
• Leader that can motivate teams make tough decisions break down silos drive collaboration owning end-to-end results with focus on team and company results over individual wins.
• Strong leadership skills and presence; can lead through influence without formal authority.
• Must be a Skilled storyteller with Strong interpersonal skills and High EQ.

The annual salary range for this position is $104000.00-$202000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
