Pay Rate/Range:$14-17/hr
Description: Provide administrative support to administration and business development staff while maintaining the highest level of customer service and professionalism for our clients and their needs. Lead front office team to maximize efficiency for coverage. Maintain client records assist with tax returns attend meetings and take minutes. Assist with retirement plans deeds and account tasks. Other projects as directed.
Job Requirements: High school diploma required further education preferred. Must have strong phone and computer skills and previous administrative support and customer service experience. Must be detail oriented and be able to work in a fast paced environment be able to multi task and work under pressure. Proficiency in Adobe and MS Office with expertise in Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint and have the ability to work overtime if needed.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
