Job Description
Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Nashville TN
Shift: Nights Monday-Friday 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM
Pay Rate: $35.00/hour shift differentials
Schedule: 8-hour shifts On-call requirements discussed at interview
Weekend Requirements: As needed (paid as overtime)
Position Summary:
Join a dynamic and mission-driven mobile healthcare team delivering X-ray and EKG services directly to nursing homes and care facilities. As a Mobile Radiologic Technologist youll provide diagnostic imaging services using portable radiography equipment ensuring timely and professional care in non-traditional clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and process high-quality diagnostic X-rays using DR or CR portable radiography equipment
- Transport and set up portable equipment in facilities as per physician orders
- Submit images to Radiologists for interpretation in a timely manner
- Perform EKGs (if applicable) and transmit results to Cardiologists
- Scan and submit paperwork and billing documentation per protocol
- Maintain regular communication with dispatch and leadership
- Maintain vehicle and imaging equipment in clean working condition
- Ensure professional courteous interactions with clients and facility staff
Qualifications:
- ARRT Certification preferred
- Valid drivers license and good driving record
- Experience in mobile imaging or patient care in skilled nursing/long-term care a plus
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound clinical judgment
