Job Overview:
As an Industrial Service Consultant you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our industrial clients. You will act as a liaison between the company and our clients ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with industrial clients understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients
- Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding our client base
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to better serve our clients and remain competitive in the market
- Prepare and present reports to management on client satisfaction sales and market trends
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the entire sales process from initial contact to project completion
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration Sales or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial sales or consulting
- Strong knowledge of industrial products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events
