Job Description
You will serve as the technical lead responsible for overseeing the successful design deployment and integration of complex software products and platforms within client environments. You will translate customer needs into scalable architectures guide implementation teams and ensure that product configurations meet both functional and performance standards.
This role combines systems architecture solution design and implementation leadership. You will collaborate with sales engineering and client success teams to deliver seamless product adoption supporting enterprise clients across industries. A successful candidate thrives in technical problem-solving and excels in client-facing consultative environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of enterprise software products ensuring proper integration with client systems and infrastructure
Design scalable and secure architecture blueprints that align with client requirements regulatory standards and product capabilities
Translate complex business processes into system configurations APIs and custom components
Act as the senior technical liaison between clients developers and internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding lifecycle
Guide implementation teams through configuration customization and performance optimization tasks
Conduct technical workshops discovery sessions and solutioning engagements with client IT and business teams
Establish best practices and implementation standards for reusability consistency and maintainability
Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the deployment process
Provide guidance on data migration API integration authentication (e.g. SSO OAuth) and infrastructure compatibility
Document architecture decisions configuration guides and implementation runbooks for handoff and support continuity.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related field
2 years of experience in software implementation systems architecture or enterprise solutions consulting
Deep expertise with modern SaaS platforms enterprise applications (e.g. ERP CRM HRIS) or industry-specific software
Strong understanding of REST APIs webhooks authentication protocols and integration strategies
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD workflows
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into business value
Proven success leading implementations across multiple concurrent client engagements
