What Youll Do (and Love)

• Lead Powerful Stretch Sessions
• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretching that increases mobility reduces discomfort and boosts physical performance.
• Serve as a Wellness Educator

Share your knowledge of anatomy recovery and performance to guide clients toward sustainable results.

• Foster Strong Client Relationships

Create a positive trust-based space where clients feel supported motivated and excited to with the front desk and sales team to convert first-time visitors into loyal members of our StretchLab in hands-on workshops continuing education and team sessions in a collaborative growth-focused environment.Who You Are

Youre a movement specialist who understands that mobility is the foundation of long-term health and performance. You bring a client-first mindset a passion for wellness and a desire to make a real difference in peoples livesespecially in a health-conscious community like Boulder.

You Must Have One of the Following Credentials:

• A degree or certification in Kinesiology Exercise Science Sports Medicine Human Movement or a related field
• A current certification from NASM ACE NSCA ACSM ISSA AFAA NESTA NCCPT NFPT or NCSF
• A professional license as a Physical Therapist PTA Massage Therapist Chiropractor or Athletic Trainer
• A credential in Yoga Pilates Barre or Dance with anatomy training

Bonus Qualifications:

• CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain certification)
• 1 year of experience in fitness wellness or hands-on therapy
• Solid understanding of functional movement and anatomy
• Skilled communicator who builds rapport quickly
• Positive team-oriented attitude with a love for active living
• Eager to make an impact and grow in a fast-paced environment

16/hour non-stretching rate additional $9/hour stretching rate when stretching so $25/hour when stretching a 50 minute client
