What Were Looking For:

You bring energy empathy and a people-first mindset to every interaction. Youre passionate about movement confident in your knowledge and committed to helping others feel their best.

Preferred Qualifications (One or More of the Following):

• Degree or certification in Kinesiology Exercise Science Sports Medicine or Human Movement

• Certification through NASM ACE NSCA ACSM ISSA AFAA NESTA NCCPT NFPT or NCSF

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Chiropractor Massage Therapist or Athletic Trainer

• Formal training in Yoga Pilates Dance or Barre with anatomy knowledge

Bonus Points If You Have:

• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain it)

• 1 years of client-facing experience in fitness wellness or healthcare

• Strong communication skills and natural rapport with clients

• A collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced studio environment

• Genuine interest in movement science and functional fitness

About the Flexologist Role

What Youll Do

Deliver Life-Changing Stretch Sessions
Guide clients through customized science-backed one-on-one assisted stretches to improve flexibility range of motion posture and performance.

Educate and Empower
Be more than a technician be a trusted coach. Share your expertise in movement recovery and functional health to help clients understand their bodies and stay committed to their goals.

Create Community and Connection
Set the tone in-studio. Welcome new clients collaborate with teammates and help foster a supportive high-energy environment that keeps members coming back.
