We are looking for seven (7) creative and driven Marketing Interns to join our multi-awarded marketing team at KMC. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where creativity meets strategy and bold ideas come to life across local and international campaigns and platforms.
As a Marketing Intern you’ll collaborate closely with our Strategy Creatives and Performance/Digital Marketing teams gaining real exposure to how integrated campaigns are planned built and launched.

Open Internship Roles:
2 Marketing Operations Interns – supporting day-to-day marketing processes and coordination directly under the Marketing Director and VP of Marketing. Ideal candidates must be tech-savvy organized and comfortable working with tools for project tracking file management and communication.
2 Marketing Strategy Interns – assisting with market research campaign planning and data analysis under the Strategy Team
1 Strategic Marketing Intern to the VP – Learn AI-led strategy performance marketing and real-world problem solving from one of the top marketers in the country.
2 Marketing Creatives Interns – helping develop visual content and creative assets under the Creatives Team
1 Performance Marketing Intern – supporting paid ad campaigns reporting and digital optimization strategies

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Support content creation for social media email newsletters blogs and internal communications.
Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic planning.
Help organize and coordinate events activations and marketing materials.
Monitor and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design HR and operations as needed.
Stay updated on current marketing trends and industry best practices.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn TikTok)
Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g. Canva CapCut Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
Understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g. SEO email marketing paid ads)
Research and analytical skills for marketing insights and trend spotting
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
A keen eye for design branding and storytelling
Passion for marketing creativity and learning new tools
Must be currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing Communications Business Multimedia Arts Graphic Design or a related field
Canva or other graphic design tools
Creating compelling PowerPoint or Google Slides decks
