If youre someone who thrives in the field works well with others and doesnt mind shifting gears to meet the needs of the day you might be the perfect fit for the Equipment Technician III role at Walmart.
As an Equipment Technician III youll be part of a hands-on team supporting more than 300 pieces of equipment across multiple locations. Whether youre delivering equipment diagnosing a repair coordinating with a vendor or helping another tech troubleshoot an issueyoure the go-to person for anything equipment related.
This role requires strong communication skills the ability to build good working relationships with team members and third-party vendors and the willingness to be flexible in responsibilities. Some days you may even act as a backup driver to support delivery operations.
Youll make an impact by
- Diagnosing and resolving issues with a variety of equipment in the field.
- Delivering relocating and retrieving equipment as needed.
- Coordinating with vendors to schedule repairs and service appointments.
- Supporting other technicians and team members with field work and troubleshooting.
- Acting as a backup delivery driver when needed.
- Maintaining accurate records and communication through computer systems and Outlook.
- Being flexible and ready to shift priorities to meet operational needs.

Required Qualifications:
- Valid Drivers License.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills including email (Outlook) spreadsheets and vendor platforms.
- Ability to diagnose and support equipment-related issues and work with third-party vendors.
- Comfortable working in the field with limited supervision.
- Willingness to act as a backup delivery driver when needed.
- Physical ability to lift move and transport equipment as needed.
